If I have a party of 12 or 10 is it okay if I purchase two vouchers to cover the party?

As long as the amount of vouchers covers the amount of people joining, then yes. Please make sure when you purchase them that you schedule all for the same night.

what if I have 22 people for the class? can I buy the 18 private class and 4 separate ones?

You can purchase a 18 person and a 4 person if you like. The maximum our classes usually hold is 18 however, we have enough easels and space to host 22 comfortably. Thank you for asking before purchasing and we would be more than happy to accommodate your group.
