Shifting Sands Dojo

Michael Adams trained in hapkido for over a decade and a half, earning his black belt and a teaching certification from the International Combat Hapkido Federation. The soft art focuses on self-defense, combining kicks with advanced grappling moves, takedowns, and joint locks to overwhelm an opponent. He supplemented his own education with training in Brazilian iu-jitsu and mixed martial arts, skills he now passes along to his students to enhance their appreciation of hapkido.
