Each boot-camp session incorporates strength training, cardio work, core exercises, calisthenics, and more to create a full-body workout that helps tone muscles and bolster metabolisms. The 60-minute classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 a.m., 7 a.m., and 6:30 p.m. The workouts take place outdoors on the east side of South Weddington Park.
