petter should be banned for spam… VERY annoying
Yes…exactly Darrell. Hey petter,if it’s not something that has ANYTHING to do with the groupon-you really should stay off the board.Especially since you don’t tell people it’s a ? pyramid ? anyway and that they will automatically-if this thing is legit-be working for you when and if they do the “commercial watching” thing. They can go directly to the site and sign up themselves and be their own boss. The bottom line is-your??? business venture doesn’t really belong here. GROUPON…..“HELP!”
I can’t figure out to redeem this online. It says to use the 21 character code on the coupon, but mine doesn’t have it. Help!
How do I print out or redeem on line? Am I supposed to get an email with that info?
Just a heads up, this Groupon is not that great of a deal…..you can get 4 free photo book at http://www.hotprints.com
Please note this is not a referral program or anything like that, I get nothing for this, other than the satisfaction of knowing I helped people save a little money. There is an advertisement printed on a removeable insert and address printed on the back, you can pay $3.99 for these to be removed.
Please note that this not intended to be spam, again I get nothing for this, this is only intended to help people save some money on the groupon.

Chris, have you actually purchased and seen that book? Looks like a spiral bound book, hardly comparable to the hard bound offer from Shutterfly. Plus you have to pay $3/book s/h so that’s $12. Not a great deal IMHO.
I want to refer this to a friend but the referral email link is not working.
Can we add pages? If so what is the cost?
I too would like to refer this to a friend, but the link is not working. I’d appreciate some assistance. Thanks.
everyone asking questions…read the first post at the top of the page

Shutterfly really does do a nice job with these books. However, their S&H fees are pretty high. I just did a book with them this week and paid $8.95 for a little 20×20 book with no extra pages which weighs under a pound in shipping costs….plus a book is media mail which makes it under $2.50 to send through USPS.

Shutterfly’s photo books are very nice. Yes you can add pages for $1 per page. It says that in the fine print. I did do one in a leather bound and was underwhelmed… I don’t know, maybe had my dreams set to high, although I didn’t pay for the extra padding. But I do the regular books ALL the time and LOVE LOVE LOVE them! And at $10 this is a deal! And as for shipping and handling, the emphasis is on handling. You are paying for shipping materials, labels, people assembling and packing. Gotta give them a little credit there. If you sign up with them they always send deals on s/h, % off, B1G1, etc. Great company. Great product! I bought mine and am hoping others will buy me some as a gift! :)
I think fill disclosure is very important and discussions about Groupon offers should be open and helpful. I was one of Shutterfly’s earliest costumers and I ordered from them repeatedly.
I saw an investigative news report about how they offer customers a “coupon” at checkout called Reservation Rewards that looks innoquious and promoted by Shutterfly. If you select the offer your credit card info is shared with that company and you are billed monthly up to $12. I looked at my credit card statements and sure enough I had that charge on my card. I disputed it with the bank and they resolved the issue however I had to change my bank account and get new cards for them to stop billing me. Do your own research: “shutterfly fraud”. Unfortunately this Groupon offer appears to be all over the country with countless new victims. Shutterfly has made a lot of money on this scam b/c they get a kickback for every customer who clicks the “coupon” button.
Good luck!

@ Lisa – We appreciate your concern and are sorry to hear about your experience. However, as far as our deal goes, all Groupons sold for Shutterfly and billed through us at Groupon. This is a one time, $10 purchase.

Right now Shutterfly is having a free shipping on $25+ promotional code up to Sept 8. Anyone know if we use this coul groupon in combination with that promo code since?

I would like to cancel my recent shutterfly purchase…can’t figure out what to do … advise?
how do i order my book after I paid for this on groupon?

If I’ve already purchased this gropon for myself, can someone also gift me a groupon for this Shutterfly offer?

I have the same question as Idy H. above:
“Shutterfly is having a free shipping on $25+ promotional code up to Sept 8. Can we use this coul groupon in combination with that promo code since?”
This may be a silly question, but are the 20 pages front and back (for a total of 40 pages)? Or does front and back equal 2 pages? Put another way, if I didn’t want double-sided printing — do I only get 10 pages then, or can I have 20 single-sided pages under this offer?

To Scott. S.. front and back equals 2 pages….just like numbered pages in a book.
I’ve ordered several 8×8 "padded books from shuterfly and I’m very happy. Can’t wait to use this groupon
Adam M. asked “How do i order my book after I paid for this on groupon”? Anyone know cuz I can’t seem to figure it out either
Yes…How do I use this deal at Shutterfly? very bad instructions

Hey Everyone,
Happy Labor Day!
Today’s Groupon for Shutterfly is a national deal, so instead of posting here as usual, please go to the National Shutterfly Discussion Board located here:
