$39 for a Beginner's Shooting-Range Package ($95 Value)

Silverdale Gun Club introduces beginner marksmen to handgun and rifle shooting. Visitors begin by firing 115 rounds using a .22 caliber firearm, 9 millimeter firearm, and restricted Smith & Wesson rifle. Instructors help marksmen along the way, teaching them basic firearms safety and handling.

The package includes the range fee, and may be scheduled Wednesday–Sunday at 10 a.m., noon, or 2 p.m. Visitors should allow at least two hours for the entire experience. Hearing protection is complimentary; eye protection is available for $5. Marksmen are advised to wear close-fitting attire and closed-toe shoes, and everyone is required to bring ID. Though Silverdale Gun Club is primarily a membership range, buyers do not need to be members to redeem this deal.

Spanning 100 tree-lined acres, Silverdale Gun Club gives its members nine ranges to refine their marksmanship skills, from action shooting to precision rifle work at up to 200 yards. The club further supports these pursuits by housing the pro shop Lanz Shooting Supplies. Though the ranges are chiefly reserved for Silverdale's members, they do open at select times to nonmembers.
