I would like to purchase this for my son's 18th birthday and as well purchase two extras so he can bring his best friends who are 17. My son's birthday is December 21st. Are you open that day? Does it have to be the parents of the 17 year olds who have to come and give consent. If they aren't able to, is there a consent form the parents can sign that can be brought?
