Is the face considered a small area?

Birdie M. asked 3 months, 19 days, 11 hours, and 11 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kyle A.

Birdie, If you want to do your entire face, purchase the medium promotion for the entire face. The "small" area allows you to pick and choose different areas. Call us at 800.559.9138 with any additional questions. Thanks!

Kyle A. answered 3 months, 19 days, 5 hours, and 30 minutes ago

I could not click on the valid listed treatment areas available for this Groupon. Questions: What are your definitions of small, large, etc. areas? I have a lot of facial hair, mostly light blonde, and it can grow quite long on my cheeks, chin line, upper lip. Would this treatment help curb that? Or not, because of the lightness of the hair. Would the areas I described - cheeks, entire chin/jaw line, upper lip - be defined as a small, medium or large area? If I buy the Groupon and then an initial consultation indicates the laser treatments won't be effective, do I just receive a service for the amount I paid for the Groupon? I assume there are no "refunds". Margie

Marjorie J. asked 3 months, 20 days, 1 hour, and 23 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kyle A.

Marjorie, The link now works to show you the areas offered. The entire face would be the "medium" promotional area. Give us a call today at 800.559.9138 to speak with an Esthetician over the phone and we can give you expectations on your results. Thanks!
