Before the lesson, ayurvedic nutritionists start by assessing each student’s body constitution, or dosha, match them with a class that corresponds with their physical and mental needs. During the cooking class, chefs discuss the benefits of various spices and ingredients, and include time to sample the freshly cooked cuisine at the end. Guests leave with personalized recipes.
