Sister Lotus Yoga

At Sister Lotus Yoga, instructors aim to "empower [their] students to awaken their minds and bodies to reach their unique and optimum potential." Helmed by yoga instructor Kelli Hastings, classes focus on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition, which takes into account the individual needs and goals of each student. Each year, Kelli travels to Mysore, India, where she studies for two months under the daughter and grandson of the founder of Ashtanga yoga, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois. Back in the States, Kelli's classes are comprised of poses (asana) and breath work (pranayama), and accomodate all body types, levels of fitness, and disabilities or injuries.
