Questions and Answers

Clarifying last question..I have an Rx, can I still use the Groupon for the purchase of the eye glasses or are we required to have our exam with you in order for it to be valid?

Jennifer H. asked 5 months, 11 days, 13 hours, and 46 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jamie R.

Jennifer, you can use your Rx. That Rx would be used for the purchases of lenses and frames. The $150 would be deducted from the total cost, plus you get a second pair (single-vision lenses, frames from a special selection) free.

Does the $20 price for the first pair include scratch coating, progressive lens, polycarbonate, and shading and polarization?

Nancy Z. asked 5 months, 14 days, 11 hours, and 19 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jamie R.

The voucher is good for $150 toward frames and lenses. So if you wanted these add-ons, you would simply deduct $150 from total cost. The free second pair includes clear, single-vision lenses.

Jamie R. answered 5 months, 13 days, 13 hours, and 42 minutes ago

Does this include bifocals with invisible lines? Please email answer back to halediv@yahoo.com.

Lynne M. asked 5 months, 14 days, 11 hours, and 58 minutes ago - 1 answer

The $150 can be used toward a complete pair (frames and lenses). You would simply deduct $150 from the cost of the frames you pick out and the progressive lenses you select. The second free pair includes single vision lenses.

Jamie R. answered 5 months, 13 days, 13 hours, and 44 minutes ago

I wear progressive, on the average, what are the additional costs for progressive lenses regarding the second pair free, single prescription only clause?

Re the frames available - are there frames that are under $150? Or are all the frames expensive designer ones? I want a simple pair of eyeglasses, at a lower price. Thank you for your help Barbara
