Questions and Answers

If I purchase the 6 treatments and my face doesn't handle the procedures well, will the balance of my money be refunded?

I take a progressive approach, meaning I always start w/lowst grade peel. Depending on your skin's reaction we will decide together if you wnt to move to a stronger peel or not. Peels don't have to be aggressive to work. Have had no problems w/any clients in past but if we do will gladly substitute a European facial in place of remaining peels. Thnks for your inquiry.

My mother-in-law has had chemical peels or microdermabrasions and her face aways looks very red and shiny for a few days. Personally I don't like to look at her when she has the procedure done. I could never to go out in public like that. Everyone asks about "down time", which you say there is none, what about heal time or time for the skin to return to normal skin tones? Thanks

Carolyn B. asked 3 months, 20 days, 11 hours, and 17 minutes ago - 1 answer

Pat

Thank you for your inquiry. How long it takes for skin to return to normal depends on the strength of peel used. Everyone's skin reacts differently so it's hard to say for sure, but I take a progressive approach. Meaning I always start w/lowest grade peel and depending on skin's reaction and your expectations will decide how to progress for next treatment. Peels don't have to be aggressive to work. Hope this helps.

w What is the strength of your peel. I have had 3 peels (at 27%) once a year for 3 yrs. in a row. I know that's strong, that's why I was, this year, wanting to go a little more easy on my face, but not as low as 5 to 7 %. This will do nothing. what the highest you will go with your peel?

Pat

Thank you for your inquiry. I take a progressive approach, meaning I start w/a very low grade peel until I determine how your skin reacts. Will call you 4-5 days after each treatment to discuss. As far a percentages it depends on the acid used but will be using PCA peels for Groupon. Different peels contain differents types of acids w/different percentages. Some peels that I administe (outside of Groupon offer) may require downtime due to being higher strength. Hope this helps.

Can you help me understand what all is involved with this procedure? Is there downtime after each session? Can one return to work the next day as far as appearance? Are these procedures painful? Besides the Groupon costs are there other costs associated with these treatments?

Selene A. asked 3 months, 23 days, 6 hours, and 27 minutes ago - 1 answer

Pat

Thank you for your inquire...no downtime is requred...returning to work next day is OK...procedure is not painful but may feel a slight tingling....suggest a post-peel kit is purchased (special products to use after peel), cost is $20....feel free to contact in person if you have more questions...can be reached at 602-684-9975..thanks again!

There are no hours for this company on their website or on the groupon - any ideas what their hours are?

Monday - Friday 9-6 Open 1 Saturday a month

I have seen that chemical peels are not normally recommended at the same time as dermabrasion procedures. Are there new chemical peels you are using? If so - what are they? Also, with the series of 3 dermabrasions - how far apart does one have them? Finally, -although I know every skin type is different, what is a person's appearance afterward, i.e., I need to know "downtime" away from work, if any.

Sheryl G. asked 3 months, 23 days, 13 hours, and 3 minutes ago - 1 answer

Pat

I have been performing dermaplanning or microderms before peels for the last 6/7 years. Ridding the face of extra dead skin cell buildup beforehand makes the peel much more effective. The Groupon covers PCA peels. I take a progressie approach, starting out w/less aggressive peels and depending on your needs moving too more aggessive solutions. It's important to take this approach until I'm aware of how your skin reacts to the solutions. I book treatments about 4 weeks apart. No downtime is required. Thank you for your questions.

your deal calls for 3 treatments. Can use one and share the other two with two more people as a gift?

Sue S. asked 3 months, 23 days, 13 hours, and 46 minutes ago - 1 answer

Pat

Thank you for your inquiry. The 3 or 6 treatments packages are nontransferable. However, you can purchse a 2nd package as a gift for someone else. I always recommend beginning with a series of at least 3 peels to obtain the maximum results.
