Donna Lapetina, owner and head aesthetician at Skin Solutions Medical Spa, has spent the last decade caring for aging skin—including her own. Donna and her team work their age-defying magic under the direction of board-certified dermatologist Dr. Sheila Boyle, whose career includes time as a flight surgeon, a lieutenant commander in the military, and a volunteer speaker on skin cancer. The staff’s specialty services include microdermabrasion, peels, and facials, as well as intensive acne treatments. Dr. Boyle performs all Botox and dermal-filler procedures herself to safely keep crow’s-feet, frown lines, and worry lines at bay. Clients receive their treatments in private, earth-toned rooms that mix the serenity of a spa with the professionalism of a medical office.
