could this be associated with IPL for red spots on face? Thank you

Im not sure I understand the question. If you are asking if the it can be used together with an IPL, then yes, it can. An IPL for redness may get rid of tiny diffuse redness and very small vascular issues, but probably will not resolve spider veins as effectively as a high powered 1064 YAG laser.

If I purchased 4 treatments, would they be used in one day on different areas or for repeat visits on the one area? Does this sort of therapy require repeat visits? If repeat visits are needed, what is the typical amount needed to clear up one area?

can use in one day on different areas OR same area on repeat visits. Typically we get rid of about 75% of the spider veins with the first treatment and the rest on the second treatment. Sometimes a third treatment is needed to finish off the stubborn ones.
