Diane, our slower time is usually when we first open during the week, between 2pm-5pm. The weekends are very busy with birthday parties but we do have walk-ins as well.

There is not an age limit. They recommend that if you are 6 or under that you come during a slower time of the day (typically, although not always, weekdays or earlier in the day on weekends).
