This deal will last til Sunday evening, as is the case with all our Friday deals currently. If you’re ever confused, there should be a running clock on the left that shows how much time is left for the deal!

After contacting Skydive KY they informed us that you can’t schedule your skydive after 10 am on Saturdays or between 10-5 on Sundays. These restrictions are not listed? You are also not able to add video or pictures to your skydive, again not listed?

Hey Korri,

Just got off the phone with the vendor. The groupon is good for all times, subject to availability. Some weekends are already booked for Skydive Kentucky, which makes certain times unavailable on some wekeends.

Videography and still photos are not available, we apologize for this not being listed sooner. We are currently updating the deal fine print. Sorry for any confusion!

The current Groupon for Skydive KY had unlisted restrictions. I suggested that three of my friends purchase this Groupon so they could enjoy a skydive at a discounted price; all three made the purchase on Friday, March 19. Unfortunately, all three expected to have a video or pictures of the skydive to document this ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE. As you can imagine, they are EXTREMELY disappointed and upset to hear that the terms of this Groupon are being changed today, Sunday, March 21, two days after their purchase was finalized. At the time of their purchase they agreed to NONE of the newly imposed restrictions. You are giving these people a different product than you agreed to sell them and one that has less value than the product you originally agreed to sell. Groupon or Skydive KY has an OBLIGATION to make this right by giving refunds to those who do not wish to agree to this MODIFIED PURCHASE AGREEMENT.

Furthermore, I personally contacted Skydive KY yesterday to schedule the discounted skydives for my friends. The owner informed me that the time restrictions are correct and he will not schedule at any peak times. I feel VERY STRONGLY that the owner has told YOU, Groupon, that he is not imposing these restrictions, but that he will claim peak times are ALREADY BOOKED to prevent people from scheduling during these times. He was very direct with me about time restrictions and there is no way to guarantee that he will be honest about what times are available in the future. I feel very strongly that Skydive KY has already been dishonest with Groupon and it’s customers. I no longer feel good about recommending this facility for such a dangerous activity based on their blatantly questionable business practices.

So the question is: will Groupon provide refunds to those that desire them since they cannot provide the product they agreed to sell? Or will Skydive KY honor their original purchase agreement and provide the product THEY agreed to sell?

As a reminder to all customers, this Groupon is based on availability, valid for every day of the week. There is no weekend restrictions on the deal- (this is usually the prime time that people book in advance, however). If a certain time is not available on the date you would like, please remember that your voucher does not expire until August 22nd!

Wondering if anyone wants to sell their ‘groupon’ for this. I got one but have no one to go with and of course no one wants to go with me and pay $210 when I only Pd $130 :( krismonroe_2000@yahoo.com if anyone can help me!

Time restrictions do exist. Jim Moore is quite rude and provides zero customer service (I guess because he already has our money and we didn’t pay full price). If you would like to book on the weekends, just don’t offer up the information that you have a Groupon until the very END of the conversation and you’ll get the date and time you want. Jim Moore personally told me that Groupon has messed up his summer scheduling. That’s nice comment to make considering he probably made great money off of the partnership. I haven’t jumped yet due to rain delays, but can’t wait to get it over with so I don’t have to deal with him anymore.

I used my Groupon this Saturday. I didn’t have any issues with scheduling a time on the weekend. Neither did any of the people who had Groupons who were in the group before me. I thought all the people who worked there were exceptionally nice, helpful and most important, safety conscious. On a scale from 1-10, I would rate the entire experience as a 10! Friendly, safe place. Loved it! I plan on going back next summer even if it is a 6 hour round trip drive. I know the people at Skydive KY will look out for my safety and make sure I have a wonderful experience!!!! A+ company!!!
