My brother and I did the 14K drop with you guys two years ago and it was AMAZING!!! Now I wanna gift this to my brother's girlfriend - but she's rather chunky at 240 (what she says) pounds and 5'8". Would that work 'cause I'd hate to tell her she needs to lose at least 10 pounds by the summer

Hi, I'm afraid the honest answer is she would need to weigh less. Depending on her stature (muscle/thick bone vs fat!) she may actually need to be more around the 200 or less mark at 5'8 for the harness to fit her correctly and most importantly safely.
