Hi Bonnie
Admission to the ride-to-the-top attraction and the observation deck are complimentary with dinner. Parking prices are subject to change. There are two parking lots: one right in front of the tower (parking lot A) and one beside it (parking lot B). Lot B is only about a three minute walk away from the Skylon. I hope this helps!
