Before the three-hour trail ride, an equestrian expert acquaints rider and beast with a 30-minute introductory ride in the ranch's sandy arena. The guide then leads groups on a mosey beneath the tranquil boughs of trees that dot the edges of recently expanded wooded trails. Riders will take an epicurean pit stop for dinner, then remount their steeds and voyage back to the farm, marveling at roaming Texas longhorns and passing by the historical 1800s-era Blanton Cemetery. An optional car ride to the nearby Lenoir-Sage Vineyards can further extend the excursion.
