Just like a proper handshake, each one of the four gel applications lasts 15 minutes, during which the combination of a highly concentrated peroxide-based gel and blue accelerator light help lift stains for whiter teeth. Most customers opt to start off with two treatments and return at a later time for the remaining sessions.

At Smile Labs, the staff is focused on one thing: whitening teeth. To lift stains and discolorations caused by drinking coffee, sipping colas, and chewing crayons, they fill customized silicone mouth trays with a peroxide-based whitening gel, which is water-based to prevent tooth sensitivity. Once teeth have been coated in the gel, they aim their Millennium SL LED lamp at the teeth to accelerate the whitening process.
