What is the downtime after a chemical peel?

The peels we use for this will either be glycolic which has very little to no downtime, TCA which could be about 3 days of peeling as if you had a sunburn, and a jessner peel which could be 3-5 days of peeling also as if you had a sunburn. This can vary from patient to patient. it really depends on your skin type. It is also VERY important to wear sunblock everyday after having a peel.

The Aesthetician will first cleanse the skin, assess your skin, and discuss with you which peel she thinks is right for your skin. It will either be a glycolic, TCA, or a jessner peel. She will then apply the peel, leave it on for 3-5 minutes, then neutralize/remove it, calming serum will be added, a moisturizer, and sunblock. The peels will be scheduled two to three weeks apart.

In a mini facial we cleanse the skin, steam and extract, a mask is then added, then a neck, shoulder, and arm massage, we then add a moisturizer, serum, and sunblock. The benefit is it rejuvenates the skin, cleans out all your pores, and gives you a nice glow.

Yes these are custom peels. It will be either a jessner, TCA, or glycolic depending on what the patient is looking to achieve with their skin. It also depends on skin type as well. As for the purchase one as a gift for you we can allow that.
