The menu includes broasted-hot-wing starters ($6.99 for 10) and entrees such as a grilled 6-ounce chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and fries ($9.49); the fantail shrimp dinner with choice of homestyle side ($9.99); and the 14-piece fried-chicken bucket with mix of light and dark meat ($18.20). Sneaky's Chicken

When Dave and Rick Ferris opened the first Sneaky's Chicken in 1979, all the tickets were hand written. The Cokes arrived in bottles, there were no electronic payments, and cash was key. Though the last 30 years have seen the restaurant's three locations upgrade in many ways—from free fountain-drink refills to servers sporting jetpacks—one thing hasn't changed: Sneaky's famous fried chicken. Their golden-brown chicken breasts still fill sandwiches, pair with pork ribs to compose plentiful combos, and stack up in buckets beside potato salad and cool slaw.
