I can't decide between the single-process color or the full foil highlights. Usually I get all my hair colored, and then a few highlights are put in around my face. Which option should I buy and how much more would it be if we did a single-process color with a few highlights? Also, in regards to the question above mine. I do not believe the answer was helpful at all. I think she was asking for a professional opinion, and did not get one.
