Society 8 Hospitality Group is pleased to bring an authentic Oktoberfest celebration to Fort Lauderdale’s Hugh Taylor Birch State Park benefiting the Friends of Birch State Park. During the festivities, guests are encouraged to don their lederhosen as they are transported to a German countryside at the park. The park’s open space will be transformed into villages with biergartens, festive décor and tented dining areas. A German-American menu will be offered featuring Bratwurst, Pretzels, Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Burgers, to name a few! Steins will be flowing with locally brewed beer from Khoffner Brewery.
At this high-energy festival, Polka dancers will perform to live Polka music playing traditional German music in addition to live bands, Soul Junk & The Drew Preston Project performing today’s hits. Along with fun, interactive games for all to enjoy.
