The hamburger is the favorite sandwich of millions of Americans and the favorite disposal method of bovine hitmen. Take out a contract on hunger with today's Groupon: for $7, you get $15 worth of burgers, drinks, and more at Sobelmans Pub and Grill, located near the Marquette University campus.
Winners of OnMilwaukee.com's Best Burger Award in 2009, the burgermeisters at Sobelmans continue to campaign for hearts, minds, and stomachs with their signature sandwiches and sides. The pub's jalapeño burger finds slabs of freshly ground Black Angus beef working up flavorful, pepper-inspired sweats inside the pub's freshly baked country-butter rolls ($5.50). Sobelmans quaint corner grill also offers a fully stocked bar and a hypergarnished Bloody Mary that features a plethora of accents, such as pickled asparagus, polish sausage, and the hood ornament from a 1977 Cutlass Supreme.

- Sobelman's serves Black Angus burgers on tasty buns with three cheeses, jalaenos [sic] and fried onions. The bar, which is meticulously clean (they even wipe down the salt shakers), also earns raves for its Bloody Marys. – OnMilwaukee.com
