Hi Mary. It would be the same way after getting results from working out. If you completely stop working out and don't continue good eating habits then you will eventually lose your muscle tone and any positive results from it. So as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle and good eating habits afterwords, and even preferably some working out, then the results will stay.

do you wrap the whole body? and what type of results are expected after 1 treatment?

Hi Lori. We wrap the core area, the legs, and your arms. After one session, the detox starts very well, but as far as the inch loss results it will take a little time to see the results. This is not one of those body wraps that makes you lose water. In fact one of the keys to a very successful program is to drink lots and lots of water afterwards. This will help flush out the toxins and contribute towards the results.
