When we will know if the deal is on? How many people need to buy this groupon for it to be valid? what happens if I buy it but not enough people buy it for it to become valid?

Every deal differs in the number of people that it needs to tip. You will see a countdown of the number people needed on the deal page. If the Groupon tips, then the deal is on and your credit card will be charged. If the deal doesn't tip, you will not be charged.

Once your Groupon is processed successfully, you will receive an email letting you know that it's ready to view or print from your account at www.groupon.com/mygroupons. Until the deal tips, you will not be charged.

what are days and months we can sign upfor scuba diving lessons? Or are there restrictions/limitations regards to the season for theindoor and the out door lessons?

The indoor sessions are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Open-water ocean dives are on the following weekend. You can see the schedule and read more about scheduling here.
