Company has responded to all my emails very fast and let me know what I had to do to reserve the specific day that I needed, and even offers a scrapbook option of the pictures taken for only an additional $125

Go with another company! Not only did they never return calls but the attendant was not nice. If you do not want to do the job for the groupon deal then don't offer the deal. The booth was all set up and 5 minutes before the "official" start time, I wanted to take a picture since I knew I would be busy hosting the party and I was told no. It wasn't open for another 5 minutes. While I understand the contracted time, do you really shut down on the Bat Mitzvah girl that had been waiting in line? I don't even know if they stayed for the full 3 hours because all of a sudden they were just gone without a word. It took me 2 additional weeks to receive the picture link that was promised to me in 2 days and I had to get groupon involved to even get that. I do not believe that I got all my pictures since the booth always had someone in it for 3 hours and somehow I only received 36 pictures. RUN Do not hire them!

Very disappointed that photo booth did work for contracted hours of my son's bar mitzvah and the photos did not work do to a broken flash on the photo booth. When contacted, DJ Storm offered to refund money or offer another 4 hour event as an offset to the broken photo booth. When I accepted the 4 hour session to be donated to my son's school, he accepted but never followed through with multiple requests from the school to my knowledge.
