Can the groupon be used with their spa packages or other services over $100?
If I buy a couple of these, how many people can come in at the same time for the same service? Also, could I combine a body wrap and nails with 1 groupon?
How long does the body wrap last? I have never gotten one before. What does it entail?
Has anyone had make-up done here before? I’m interested in the bridal make-up package.
Rachel J. Absolutely you may use your groupon with our spa packages or add on any other services that may exceed the $100.00. You’ll just pay the difference.
Mydao, Our Body Treatments times and prices are as follows:
Nourishing Sea Mud 75min $80
Mineral Salt 60 Min $70
Power Recovery Therapy 60 Min $80
Deep Thermal Stamp 90 Min $135
And yes, you may combine multiple services that total any amount, you will pay the excess above $100.00.

The number of people we can accommodate heavily depends on day/time of the week, current bookings, and services you are inquiring about. However in general we can accommodate 2 skin treatments at the same time, and 2 nail treatments at the same time, schedule availability providing. We have had larger groups that come in together and if they alternate their services (some doing hair, some doing nails, some doing skin) we can accomodate even more at once. For groups the more advance notice the better.
Bummer….massages aren’t included in the deal…can I add a massage to my services even though it’s not included in the groupon offer?
You certainly can add a massage to any service based on availability for additional charge. Good news is we are currently running an in salon special for massage. Check out our website for our massage specials (starting at $59.99 for 60 min.) running through the end of February. To the question about make-up, we do complimentary consultations for hair, make-up and skin services, so if you want to check us out for your make-up needs, just book a consultation and we’ll be happy to see if we can meet your needs.
I noticed you have a make up lesson. Do you do hair lessons like how to style, how to add volume, what brushes to use, etc?

A great option for you might be an Airwave if you aren’t looking for a cut. As part of our Airwave, as well as our cuts, a shampoo, scalp massage, and consultation on how to repeat the look with either technique, product, or a combination of each is par for the course. However, if you are looking for some more time and help, just let us know when you are booking and we can extend your time of service for $15 per 15 minute time block.
Anybody else having trouble buying this coupon? Every time I hit “Complete my purchase” it comes back and says “Amount must exceed $1” even though I should be getting charged $50…
Can you not use the groupon special for saturday bookings? I just made an appointment for an upcoming Saturday and saw this fine print on the confirmation page: Special instructions: Please note, we do not honor promotional discounts for Saturday booking….I would like to apply the groupon, so do I need to change my appointment to a different day then?

Thank you for the question about Saturday bookings. Saturday bookings are OK for Groupon. As you may notice, the Fine Print states “By phone-in appointment only” and that is our preference. It allows us to optimize the schedule and adjust staffing levels if necessary. Not all available appointments are bookable online, so it is best if you call. Please note “Groupon” in the notes if you choose to book online, and know if we discover a conflict with your online booking we may have to call you back to adjust your appointment.

Groupon e-mail support is open 7 days a week. If anyone has any trouble purchasing, they can just e-mail the issue at support@groupon.com and they’ll resolve the purchase.
