Reservations are required for these one-hour tours, which embark every day at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Guests follow the fruits of the vine from their origins under the sun to their ultimate fate in the crush pad. Afterward, each visitor receives a glass of wine paired with an individual cheese-and-fruit plate.

Jim’s specialty varietals have been recognized time and again in local and national wine competitions.
