Hi Jules!
After purchasing your Groupon, your voucher will list the necessary redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top right corner of the deal page. Place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here, you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons". If you have purchased Groupons as gifts, they will be under "My Gifts".

You can view and print a Groupon by clicking the "View Voucher" button and get all the information you need to properly redeem it.

I see that for 3" Reels there is only one flat rate $15.95 is that a "data" DVD or a Standard DVD? Is there a discount for bulk? I have about 80 3" DVDs. Some of them are in bad shape and may need to be spliced or are already spliced. If I have two 3" Reels that say 50% of them are already spliced and cut out does that really count as 1 3" reel? How many 3" reels fit on one DVD?

Hi Gail. Looks like the date is not coming through correctly - essentially the offer is valid the day after the offer expires -- so essentially you can buy the Groupon today and then it is available to redeem early next week. Thanks!

I am looking into purchasing a Groupon offer to have some 8mm films converted to DVD, but I have a few questions first. If I put a year on each reel, will you imprint that year on the film and is there an additional cost? If I put a number on each reel to indicate in what order I would like them copied in, do you do that and is there an additional cost? How much more for adding music? How much to have more than 1 copy made so I can give them to other family members? How do I redeem a Groupon coupon - when I pay online? I realize I pay for shipping to get them to you, but who pays for shipping them back? Thanks! If this works out well, I have a lot of VHS and mini tapes, slides, photos, and other formats to have converted as well.

Hi Gail! Return shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per order and we ship back through FedEx. If you number the reels, we can convert them in order and the you can provide a title for the DVD as we will combine your film reels onto a single DVD. Additional DVDs are $4.95 each, and to redeem your Groupon you can simply checkout at southtree.com and apply your Groupon redemption code. Thanks!

Am I correct that I would pay for the shipping there and you would pay for return shipping? Or does the customer pay for shipping both ways?

ok so now that i know you can convert any type of reel, i'm trying to figure out what size they are so i'll know how much it will be. I definitely have three tins with 3" reels in them, and then the 4th tin is a good bit bigger...how can i tell if it's 5 or 7"? do i just have to measure the holes? thanks!

can it be any kind of reel? I have reeeeeally old reels that were my grandparents. Some are in different sized tins...can they convert pretty much anything or do I need to find out specifically what I have?
