Southtree

In 2001, the team at Southtree converted their first videotape to DVD. By the time they celebrated their 10-year anniversary, they had transferred more than 250,000 memories onto long-lasting digital formats. Today, clients follow a simple process with services that include photo-scanning, video-to-DVD, film-to-DVD, data DVD, and ancient Roman scrolls into text messages about togas. The staff processes each item by hand, yielding high-resolution photos and professionally mastered DVDs. Customers should allow eight weeks from the time materials are sent to Southtree to receive shipment.

The Groupon Guide to: Having a Secret

Every interesting person has a deep, dark secret that they can only reveal to their therapist or a group of teenagers playing truth or dare. If you're in need of a fascinating secret, try one of these on for size:

  • "When I was a child, I threw a rock at a parked car. I've never felt so alive."

  • "I spent 14 years in prison … doing research."

  • "I'm afraid of dogs. They're almost too beautiful to look at!"

  • "Once a week I dress up as my father and then I'm the one who can eat as much meat as he wants."

  • "Sometimes I give a fake name at restaurants just to be funny and because I like tiny, stupid lies."

  • "I have a second family in Delaware. My husband there is also named Dave. I call him Double Dave."

Where does Double Dave live? Find out in today’s Groupon Guide.
