If I choose the $75 option, how many HI8's can I have converted and can I get 'the experience' option? The regular DVD option cannot be edited on computer, is that correct? Thank you, Susan

Hi Susan, you can get 12 HI8s converted for the $75 Groupon. You're exactly right, the regular DVD cannot be edited, but with the Experience option you get the Data DVD that can be edited. Thanks!

I have several VHS tapes and do not know what is on them. Some probably are not very fully filled. Do I still have to pay full price for each tape?

Hey Carla, due to the set up of our equipment, we cannot transfer more than one VHS onto a single DVD. It is a flat rate to transfer any VHS tape, no matter the length. Thanks!
