I have a number of rolls of 8mm film (some have been spliced together) that I want digitized. If I purchase 2 - $75 coupons for $500 total, can I mail the film but request you contact me with a quote as to how much additional cost will be before you begin processing? Also, do you put music to DVD's from 8mm film? Additional cost for that? Tks.

Does the full amount have to be used at one time?

Hi Jenara, yes you must redeem the whole Groupon at once. There isn't a way to only redeem part of it. But we have a lot services. Checkout our website, southtree.com to see them all!

I have several VHS tapes that are no where near full tapes. Do they count as a one VHS tape?

Susan B. asked 4 months, 19 days, 6 hours, and 29 minutes ago - 1 answer

Southtree 1.

Hi Susan, yep, it's just a flat-rate per item. It gets really messy trying to charge for the amount of footage and generally more expensive. We like to keep it simple.

Southtree 1. answered 4 months, 19 days, 5 hours, and 31 minutes ago

Can you handle the smaller slides from the 1940-50's?

Carol S. asked 4 months, 19 days, 6 hours, and 22 minutes ago - 1 answer

Southtree 1.

Hi Carol, yes we can. They have to be scanned on a flat-bed so they may take a bit longer to process. But we've got you covered. ; )
