Once I get the photos scanned to the dvd, will I be able to make a copy of the dvd later if I determine I want one? Will I be able to make copies of photos (one photo or all off the dvd) at a place like walgreens or sams club? How many photos can be put on one dvd? If I want the photos copied in order (my children when they were babies to now adults)-can that be done if I have them in order? I have a few photos that are very dark or discolored (pink)-can they be copied and saved? The photos I have are various sizes, when they get copied and I want to print one or several later, what size can I print them into?

Hi Pat. You are able to make your own copies of the DVD and get prints made at a vendor like walgreens. We place place up to 2000 photos onto a disc. You can e-mail info@southtree.com for answers to more of your questions. Thanks!

Slides are .69 each. So if I purchase the $75 Groupon, I will get 423 slides digitized. Is that correct? Does the process include removing dust specks, etc?

Hi William! With the $75 Groupon you can get 423 slides converted to digital. Our conversion eliminates most dust specs, however, if a few remain you can use some basic photo editing software to remove the final specs as the JPEGs are high quality and can be edited.

another question. i just saw you repaired old tapes for around 25.00. If i were to send you several tapes and you find that maybe some are damaged because of age- will I be stuck with a 25.00 charge per tape? I had previously asked about tapes that look like the tracking is off when I view them-- would I be charged 25.00 a tape for the adjustment? thank you.

my VHS tapes are about 23 years old. when i have tried to play they roll and have lines coming through part of the tape- it's like the tracking needs adjusted. are you able to transfer them clearly or will i loose the footage?

Do you burn one DVD for each VCR tape sent in, or can you combine tapes onto the DVD? I have different tapes of my 3 children throughout the years, and would like to condense each childs recordings onto one DVD. Is this possible?
