Spa In The City uses a Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser in combination with a Q-Switch laser, both manufactured by Alma to disable fungal infections without damaging the surrounding tissue. Although one session may be enough to eradicate fungus, up to four treatments combined with at-home maintenance may be needed for optimal results. Oral anti-fungal medications must not be taken within 6 months prior to treatment. Treatments take about 30-45 minutes.
