When is the first day you can use this Groupon?

Do you have more than one person that does the mani-pedi so my daughter and I can have it done at the same time?

Yes, you and your daughter are able to get a mani-pedi at the same time. When you call to make your appointment, just let them know you and your daughter would like the service done at the same time

Enjoy!!

Yay! I just moved to New Orleans and needed to find a nail salon! My toes will be SO happy!

Their website says, “Walk-ins Welcome”. Let me tell you…nobody’s welcome at this dive. I made a appointment for a massage for 3pm. The man who made the appointment for me at the spa was very cold sounding – no “thank yous, what days are you available?, when do you prefer to come?” When I arrived, the man at the reception did not greet me, did not smile at me. All he said was, “why are you here?” I gave him my name and the time of my appointment. As he looked at his book, I looked around the place. Let me tell you, the pictures on his website must be photos from someplace else because the “joint” looked nothing like them at all.

After looking up my appointment, he looks at me and says, “your appt. is for 3:30.” I told him this was not so. He said, “well she won’t be ready until 3:30.” and then stares at me. He doesn’t apologize for the miscommunication (even though I KNOW we scheduled for 3pm). He doesn’t offer me coffee, water, juice, wine or even a seat!

As I stood there trying to figure out what to do I notice the place smells, the decor is nothing like the outside of the building, it looks like an old lady’s (I’m 60) hair salon from 1950. The walls were painted a dingy blue (if I’m remembering correctly and no one there (I only saw two other employees) looked happy.

I told this guy that I’d go have a cup of coffee or something. He didn’t say a word – not even “OK”.

I walk out the door and realize that I am fuming. I am so sick of this type of treatment. By that time, my afternoon of comfort had been completely disrupted. So, I turned around, went back in and cancelled my appointment telling the guy that his customer service wasn’t very good and then made some suggestions about what he should have done. He tells me he’s tired!!! I wanted to slap him. HE’S tired? Ha!

I spent $40 at that salon because the coupon was pre-paid on-line. I wasn’t even tempted to put up with this place. I wasn’t happy losing the money but I told him I do talk and will talk about this place.

The place just looked dirty. It didn’t feel right in any way.

By the way, I just looked at the comments. Notice that they were all posted at the same time. Hmmmm.

Don’t waste your time.
