Hi Im adopting a dog next week from Raleigh that is in foster care. I am not sure if she is tied to your shelter. Could you check? Her name was Gravitron and now changed to Virginia she is in foster care with her sister Pebbles.

IF I purchase this SPCA deal, can I donate it to someone or to a specific dog so it can be adopted? Sort-a-like Secret Santa--the adoption fee is paid for a specific dog if someone takes him/her?

The Groupon can be used by yourself or gifted to another person to adopt a pet. However, you cannot pre-adopt a pet for an anonymous person. I hope this helps clarify!
