Led by founder Aleksandra Townsend, a team of experienced teachers guide experienced and novice yogis alike through Hatha Yoga and Yin Flow Yoga sessions at Spiral Tree Yoga & Wellness Studio. The family focused studio also offers yoga classes for teens and kids of all ages, and provides kids a yoga discovery room that entertains children as their parents practice yoga. They also offer pre-natal and post-natal classes.
