Great actual cleaning service, but lousy appointment scheduling. The first appointment was verified between my wife and a worker but then they never showed up and declared the reason was we never verified the date (which my wife did over e-mail and the phone.) The second selected date was set for early morning and when they didn't show up again, I called and was told that the time had been moved to later in the morning without our knowledge or consent. Someone was sent out about an hour and a half later so at least we got our two-hour cleaning before the Groupon ran out altogether.

I had significant issues scheduling my cleaning appointment. They were difficult to reach and failed to show twice for an appointment I had scheduled. They did do a great job when they finally came, but it was very arduous to set up an appointment. I would not recommend overall but I did appreciate the cleaning that they ultimately provided.

It was hard to communicate with Spotless Creations. The original voicemail message on the contact number did not even give the company name. The company did not promptly return calls and would not schedule by phone with me when I finally reached them. Email response time was not prompt. The cleaning worker did an acceptable job but not the best I've had.

They sent one person and that person did not complete all the cleaning as described in the ad. Very disappointed.
