Attendants arrive at events to set up the customer's choice of an open-air or closed photo booth. Guests use touch-screen controls to print out an unlimited number of black-and-white or color photo strips, each personalized with custom formatting and text. After events, Spotlight Parties uploads every captured moment to a password-protected online photo gallery.

During events, attendants can assemble two possible setups: open-air booths that accommodate large groups or closed booths with colorful backdrops. Spotlight Parties can also customize photo backgrounds using a green screen, allowing guests to pose in front of the Eiffel Tower or fake a vacation to the moon. Likewise, the company will personalize the booth's black-and-white and color photo strips with custom formatting and text.
