Will I be refunded the money if the optometrist determined I was not a good candidate for the Lasik procedure? Would I be screened by an optometrist at St. Michael's or by my eye doctor? Are there different doctors who perform the procedure or is one specified for this deal?

yes, you will be refunded if it is determined you are not a good canidate. You are screened by an optometrist and Dr. John Michaelos is the surgeon and he will be peforming the procedure.
