It is really unfortunate that you had an awful experience Lauren G, but you shouldn’t speak for everyone ! My friends and I went to the Halloween Pubcrawl, and it was so much fun! The energy was amazing everyone was dressed up, dancing, and singing having a great time. The cups are pretty big size and they are really sturdy and lasted the entire night my friends and myself!
I really recommend this event, it is a lot of fun !!!

i went to the St. Pattys Day pub crawl last year as well as the Halloween pub crawl and had the time of my life !!!! everything about the event was phenomenal. the people at www.PubCrawls.com were extremely helpful and delivered everything that they promised. All of my friends loved it and no one at the event had any problems. the atmosphere was amazing and i am definitely going to go to every other pub crawl event hosted by pubcrawls.com!!!!

the pub crawl was so much fun last year! especially for my friends who couldn’t come out on the actual st. patty’s day (they went on the weekend, I went saturday and st pattys). it is a huge crawl, so if you prefer a quiet night out with the girls it’s probably not for you (or pub crawls in general lol), but there are tons of bars doing it so it’s easier to find a less crowded place
to Lauren: wow, maybe you had some trouble because you can’t read or something, the pub crawl specials are right on the website, and the fliers, and i’m sure if you’d asked they would have told you. and about this part:

… sounds kind of ridiculous, why would bar owners treat people on a huge crawl differently from non crawling customers (who usually complain about not getting specials on drinks) because of the company?
my advice to people who read these comments is that you use your brain and don’t just trust the 1st person who rants.
$15 for all three days is a bargain, and if you don’t get it now you’ll probably end up paying that much or more for 1 day later when all your friends want to go.
Thanks, Emily…my problem most likely was the fact that I can’t read. Or maybe it was the fact that the two bars we went to around 11pm (which were listed on the flyer as being participating bars until 2am) told us that they never agreed with pubcrawls.com that they would honor the specials past 8pm, as they wanted to air the Yankee game and free their bars up for fans.
In addition, I’m willing to bet that Joshua on this thread, is the same Joshua who owns pubcrawls.com and newyearseve.com, and that Zarina is the person on yahoo answers who answers everyone’s questions with “visit newyearseve.com!”

These are the same ppl who threw the halloween barcrawl, pubcrawls.com. They are unprofessional crooks, and after reporting my exchange with one of the owners of pubcrawls.com who admitted to false advertising, but wouldn’t give me a refund, regarding the halloween crawl to groupon, I was kindly refunded by Groupon.
You don’t find out the specials until the day of the barcrawl, and they usually only include bud light (if you hang onto your tiny plastic cup all day and drink out of only that.) In addition, most of the participating bars know how sleezy these guys are and will give you better service if you just go in separately from the crawl.
