A giant milk bottle towering three storeys high stands by the entryway of the Sterling Inn & Spa. The bottle, along with the building’s unassuming, slate-grey exterior, is left over from the inn's origins as a creamery, built in 1928. But inside, the building feels more like a stylish retreat than a former industrial complex. The decor is modern and serene, with natural-stone tile floors and exposed wood beams throughout.
The spa's aestheticians refresh skin with facials, body wraps, and scrubs. Their hand and foot treatments include a coconut-argan-ginger foot scrub that's renowned for convincing stubbed toes to forgive their owners. On-site massage therapists specialize in couples treatments, including side-by-side hot-stone massages.
