I am trying to purchase something online and not sure where to put the groupon in? Do I put a code in where it says coupon code?

When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at http://www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. Put your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons".

You can view and print a Groupon by clicking the "View Voucher" button and get all the information you need to properly redeem it.

Can I order any item from Sticks OR just those 3 I see on the computer? What are shipping costs?

Those are simply examples of what they carry. You can order whatever you'd like except sale items or custom orders. Shipping varies depending on the items purchased and order size.

The discount is for whatever value of Groupon you purchase. So if you purchase a Groupon with a value of $1,000, that is how much would be subtracted from your purchase on sticks.com, not including tax and shipping. Thanks!

Marcie - Sticks gift cards are valid in our brick and mortar (DSM or WDSM) stores only and are not valid online. This current Groupon promotion is valid only on sticks.com and NOT in our brick and mortar stores. They may not be combined. Thanks!

If I have other gift certificates to Sticks (not from a Groupon), can I use them in conjunction with the Groupon certificate to make a purchase online from Sticks?

Jeanne - gift certificates are only valid in our stores and this current Groupon promotion is only valid online, limiting you from combining them. One Groupon per person, one additional may be purchased as a gift! Your in-store gift certificates may be used at either Sticks Des Moines or West Des Moines stores and do not have expirations. Thanks!

These Groupons are valid for immediate use and don't expire until 2/27/13. The Groupons are ONLY valid for purchases on sticks.com, NOT in any brick and mortar stores that carry the Sticks brand. Groupons may be used for any product on our website with the exception of merchandise in our website clearance section. Custom orders are not an option on sticks.com.
