Enjoying the classes. Just wish there were more of them to choose from. Of course, there might be in the fall. I realize that the summer can be slow.

The friendly craftoholics running Stitch DC pride themselves on placing fellow pattern-addicts in a welcoming environment that fosters creativity and responsible wool consumption. Not a big materials selection but they had what I needed for my class and Marie was such a good, patient and FUN teacher. Everyone there got lots of individual attention. They are consentrating on classes and will carry yarn for specific projects. I will definitely go back!

The owner was not organized. Is it still in business?

Too many students packed into small classroom - not even enough room around the table or enough chairs; disorganized, sloppy teaching - verbal only, no handouts so you can't remember what you were shown and repeat it at home during the week; very small selection of yarns for sale - it wasn't a real storefront, looked like it was just a rented space thrown together for groupon classes. If I could get my $$ back, I would. It was a real disappointment.
