Choose Between Two Options

  • $30 for a 90-minute St. Louis Skyline photography class (a $65 value)
  • $35 for a 2.5- to 3-hour St. Louis Photography Tour class (a $75 value)

The St. Louis Skyline class meets at the Casino Queen parking lot closest to the MetroLink station on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Instructors assist groups and provide one-on-one guidance as students capture images of the city's skyline against the sunset, and afterward, shots of lit-up buildings against the dark sky. Monday–Saturday, the walking photo-tour classes meet at the Citygarden. Participants snap photos of architecture and sculptures as instructors dispense tips on composition and camera usage. Tours end at the Gateway Arch, and participants must provide their own cameras.

STL Photo Art

When camped out at a picturesque St. Louis spot—from an old barn to the iconic Arch—Brian K. Owens sees more than just the opportunity to take a pretty picture. The fine-art photographer and owner of STL Photo Art grasps for stories in each of his photos, stories that he seeks to bring to his clients through commercial shoots and instill in his students during photography classes. The shutterbug guides beginning shooters through Forest Park and the St. Louis Zoo, dispensing photography know-how along the way. Owens also lends his talented eye to elegantly capture moments at weddings, engagements, and knight-christening ceremonies.

The Groupon Guide to: Your Fashion IQ

How much do you know about fashion? Find out with this scientific quiz:

1. What's the most important fashion accessory?
A. An eye-catching necklace
B. A dazzling scarf
C. A funky fedora that screams "fashion sense, adventure, and fashion sense"

2. Which fashion basic should you never leave home without?
A. Pants
B. Shoes
C. A fedora
D. All of the above, but intentionally minus the pants and shoes so your fedora stands out even more

3. How many fedoras are you wearing right now?
A. Enough
B. There's no such thing as enough fedoras

ANSWERS: The answer to this quiz, like the answer to all questions, is fedora. Unless the question is a history question, in which case the answer is probably the Teapot Dome scandal.

Do you have enough fedoras?
