does this apply to take-out? or dine-in only?

Jasmine C.

do you have to use it all at once??

Vincent L.

Is this also valid for lunch or just dinner?

Nina S.

Can we use this groupon today?

Nina – No Groupon I’ve bought so far has been available for use the day it’s purchased. I just bought this one and it said it will be ready for use in 24 hours, so I assume you can’t use it until tomorrow.

Meiyang L.

Nina and Heather – Actually I’ve been able to use a Groupon on the day I purchased it. It took several hours (I think I bought it in the early afternoon, and it came through right around dinner time).

Fine print says: Not valid Happy Hour or with other offers.

If you go during happy hour (4-7pm), do they not accept it or do they just charge you full price instead of happy hour prices?

Nina S.

Thanks so much for letting me know Alka!!!!

how does this work? first time here. My friend and I can order up to $35? We just present the coupon?

Y D.

John Paul C. — You can order more than $35 worth of food (if you want). The Groupon will take care of the first $35 and then you pay out of pocket for the rest. Also remember that tax and gratuity is not included in the Groupon.

Since you are new, I would suggest you take a quick look at the Groupon FAQ (http://www.groupon.com/faq). It’ll probably answer most of your questions.

From the FAQ:

Q. I bought a Groupon – how do I use it?

A. Once you’re charged, you’ll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Groupon. The Groupon has redemption instructions and a map right on it!

Hope that helps!

Do the offer any outdoor seating? Where pets are allowed?

Can you explain what is meant by ‘tax and gratuity not included’ What happens if my bill with tax is $29 and I pay with my $35 groupon. Am I essentially leaving a 20% tip in that case?

Y D.

Alex W. - No, you still aren’t leaving any tip. If you order food and drink worth $29 before tax, your final bill (pre-tip) might be around ~$31.60, right? $29 food + $2.60 tax. When you pay with the Groupon, only the food/drink portion is covered. So essentially you paid only $29 (remember no cash back on your $35). You still owe $2.60 in tax and a tip to the friendly waitstaff (ideally on the pre-Groupon price of $29). The extra $6 remaining from your Groupon does not roll-over into the waitstaff’s pocket, nor will it cover the tax portion of your bill. It is lost forever… unless you ordered a little something more during the meal to get the food/drink portion of the bill to $35. :) Hope that helps!

Not sure why my last comment appeared with strikethrough text but I copied and pasted it again below…

This place is great! A nice perk to have the Groupon to use; too bad we had to use the full Groupon credit at once. It was a lot of food for two for lunch, but as always, delicious!!
