I'm sorry, there is no three-person option. You could purchase the three course option for two and then pay the normal prices for the third person's fare.

The appetizer says up to a $7.99 value, but I noticed most of them are $8.00 or more. Can we pay the difference or are we required to only order the dip?

All of the Appetizers at Strings in Lodi are priced at $7.99 or less. There are no restrictions on food items that may be ordered.
