Trainers build a specific fitness regime based around each client’s body type and provide nutritional guidance to help build muscle and lose weight, including monthly tracking of health and fitness metrics. Workouts combine cardio, functional exercises, weight training, and core strengthening with stabilization balls.

Strive! Personal Training Studios

The instructors at Strive! Personal Training Studios take their fitness mantra so seriously, they have managed to break a Guinness World Record in the process. In July 2011, instructors hosted the world’s largest physio-ball exercise class at Qualcomm Stadium, urging on hundreds of participants as they completed crunches, pushups, and core work on the stadium’s green grass fields. Back at their studio, trainers exhibit the same zeal for their work, combining functional exercises with yoga and Pilates to build an exercise program suited to each individual and their propensity to run across yards guarded by dogs. As a part of each student’s personal-training program, instructors also provide exercises to be performed at home, along with detailed nutritional guidance. Trainers track each client’s progress, measuring body fat, weight, and fitness levels monthly, and also work with top-tier college athletes to get them to the next level.
