Is there a time frame that the classes need to be used or the 4 week class are there certain days this deal is running for?

Hello Tina Z! The coupon should be redeemed one year from feature date. If you purchase the coupon for Private sessions at $60 (a 2-for-1 deal), you can schedule your session by appointment. We’ll find a time that meets your scheduling needs. If you purchase the coupon for the 4-week Group Intro Class Series, you can choose to attend the class that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon OR the class the meets on Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10:30am. The next series begins the week of July 13th. A new series will begin shortly after the previous series ends. For this offer, you will also have one year from Feature date to redeem you coupon. Can I use the 2 private sessions with the reformer? And how long are the reformer sessions (1/2 hour or 1 hour)? And if I want to continue private sessions with the reformer, how much are they per session normally? Also, for scheduling private sessions, are most appts during the day time? Thanks!
If you have never been to Studio A you are totally missing out. The quality of instruction is fantastic!!
Hello Glenna! The two private sessions are used to focus on what your body needs and what you want. If you have never done pilates before we certainly can teach you the basics while on the Reformer but it is usually best to start without equipment so you can learn where the work should be done from without relying on the equipment, using your body as the machine.

Private sessions are $30 each, 5 for $275, and 10 fro $550. Sessions are offered as early as 6:00am and as late as 6:00pm Mondays through Fridays and Saturday mornings.
if the private sessions are $30 each then how is the groupon a deal? judging by the cost for 5 or 10 i think you must have a typo somewhere.

For a pilates beginner (have had a couple of mat classes years ago), which is the better way to start—the two private classes or the group class? Is it possible to get both with coupon?
Hi, I wanted to try this class offer to strengthen my core, because I do have back and hip problems. In the ad it says no one with back or joint problems. On you video they also tout the virtues of Pilates for rehabilitation. Which is it?
Hello Pat! The class will go through all the basics needed to attend our Group Mat/Towel Classes at the studio while the two private sessions would most likely not be enough to get a beginner into our group classes.
We just checked with Groupon and it is ok to purchase one of each for yourself.
If you decide to purchase one of each for yourself, you could schedule the private sessions to fine tune what you’ve learned in the group classes and to address the work specifically to your needs. We look forward to seeing you at Studio A: Pilates!
Hello Patricia! Within a private session, Pilates can be rehabilitative when practiced correctly. The one-on-one setting is more suitable for this purpose.
The Group classes are intended for those who are able to move in a group class setting and who would not require one-on-one attention or who would not need to move more slowly than the rest of the class.
